There are two discs. Which one do I look at first?

The CD: It contains the self-study exercises, references, and links to articles to be printed off prior to viewing the DVD. We suggest you read the articles prior to the review as well.  You will want to return to the CD after viewing the DVD to review the self-study questions. 

Is there audio on the discs? Do I need to hear it?

Yes, the video on the DVD is an in-depth lecture by Ms. Colditz. 

What's in this booklet? Do I need to read it?

There is information about the contents of the DVD video and the CD which contains interactive self-study questions and printable files:  self-study exercises, links to articles, and references.  There is also information about your continuing education credit and replacement discs.

Will the discs play on my computer?

The CD-ROM will play on your computer. The DVD will play on your computer if you have a DVD-ROM and will also play in a DVD player connected to your TV (or a portable DVD player).

Will the discs play on my home entertainment DVD or CD player?

Only the DVD.

Can I view your DVD if I have a Mac (Apple) computer?

Yes, the DVD can be played if you have windows media for Mac.

What will my credit card statement say?

Your credit card statement will reflect HandLab.
