There are two discs. Which one do I look at first?
The CD: It contains the reference articles to be read prior to viewing the DVD. You will want to return to the CD after viewing the DVD to review the self-study questions, self-study exercises, references and glossary.
I want to get started! Why should I read the recommended reading?
Material in the articles is referenced in the discussion and many of the key principles of the presentation are covered in the articles. If you are an inexperienced therapist, we strongly suggest you read the articles on the CD before viewing the video on the DVD.
Is there audio on the discs? Do I need to hear it?
Yes, the video on the DVD is an in-depth lecture by Ms. Colditz with contributions by Dr. Marc Garcia-Elias.
What's in this booklet? Do I need to read it?
There is information about the contents of the DVD video and the CD which contains self-study questions and printable files: self-study exercises, published articles, book chapter, references, and glossary. There is also information about your continuing education credit and replacement discs.
Your publicity and booklet refer to PDF files of published articles. I cannot find them.
They are on the CD and will come up automatically when you click on the desired article. You will be able to print them immediately.
Will the discs play on my computer?
The CD-ROM will play on your computer. The DVD will play on your computer if you have a DVD-ROM and will also play in a DVD player connected to your TV (or a portable DVD player).
Will the discs play on my home entertainment DVD or CD player?
Only the DVD.
Can I view your DVD if I have a Mac (Apple) computer?
Yes, the DVD can be played if you have windows media for Mac.
What will my credit card statement say?
Your credit card statement will reflect HandLab.
