How do I register for a HandLab webinar? 

You can register online at  www.HandLab.com for webinar courses. You can also register by fax or mail using the printable registration form. Be sure to accurately mark the desired course(s). Fax the completed form to HandLab at 1-888-762-6422 or mail to: 2615 London Drive, Raleigh, NC 27608.  If you do not receive an email confirmation of your registration within two weeks, please contact us to assure we have received it.

What are my payment options?

The webinar course tuition can be paid by MasterCard, Visa or Discover.  Check payments are not accepted for webinars.   

Will I receive a confirmation of my HandLab webinar registration?

Yes, when HandLab receives your paid registration you will receive an email confirmation with all login information, course objectives, technical information, as well as email reminders leading up to the live event.  

Does HandLab provide discounts for multiple attendees from one facility?

We are unable to offer multiple attendee discounts, but we do offer the entire webinar series for a discounted price per attendee.

What will my credit card statement say?

Your credit card statement will reflect HandLab.

What is the webinar cancellation policy?

Because HandLab webinars are recorded, allowing you to view the content after the live presentation for up to 2 months, HandLab does not accept cancellations nor provide refunds for webinar registrations. 

In the event of illness of the instructor or a natural disaster and the scheduled HandLab webinar cannot be held, registered attendees will be notified via e-mail at the earliest possible time. You will be given the option of receiving a refund or attending the same live webinar at a rescheduled time, or transferring the payment to another HandLab learning format.

How do I get my password?

Your password will be created during the account creation process. If you have already made a purchase from HandLab, you will use the same account created at the time of purchase. If someone else purchased the webinar for you, you should have received an email with a temporary password to login to your account and complete your profile.  

I lost my password, what do I do?

Click on My Account in the upper right corner of our web site. On the login screen there will be a button for "Retrieve your information”. Click there and follow the instruction for getting your password emailed to you.  If you still have trouble call HandLab customer service at 888-235-8221 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST Monday - Friday.
 

Do you offer special assistance for those with a disability?

Should you require additional assistance for a physical or learning disability, please contact HandLab in advance so that we may make arrangements to accomodate you.
